- Data minimization by design: the platform reads only the directory attributes a signature actually needs — name, title, contact details.
- Designed not to persist message bodies or attachments: email is processed to apply the signature and returned immediately to Microsoft 365.
- One approved signature and disclaimer per user, applied centrally — no outdated legal texts left in circulation.
- A European product: SignaGrid is built and operated from the EU, under GDPR jurisdiction, with a Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) as part of the subscription.

What is the difference between SignaGrid Cloud and SignaGrid Private?
SignaGrid Cloud processes selected email through our managed SMTP relay. SignaGrid Private runs the processing layer in the customer's own cloud environment, so SignaGrid never receives message bodies or attachments.
Is SignaGrid a self-hosted email signature manager?
SignaGrid Private provides customer-hosted email signature processing. The organization runs the processing layer in its own cloud environment while retaining access to centralized signature policies and updates.
